Free Image Helper accepts one uploaded image at a time so the server can resize, convert, or compress it. The app does not ask for an account and does not intentionally store uploaded image files after the conversion response is created.

Images and selected settings are transmitted to the server for processing. The result is returned to the browser as a downloadable file.

Like most websites, the hosting and security infrastructure may process technical data such as IP address, user agent, request path, timestamps, error details, and approximate region. This data is used for security, abuse prevention, debugging, and reliability.

The site does not sell uploaded images or require profile information to use the converter.

When advertising is enabled, Google AdSense and its advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to serve ads, measure ad performance, limit repeat ads, and help detect invalid traffic.

Google and third-party ad vendors may use information from visits to this and other websites to provide personalized or non-personalized ads, depending on user settings, region, consent status, and Google account choices.

The app may store a language preference in the browser so the interface can reopen in the selected language. Conversion files are not intentionally stored in local browser storage by the app.
